We are seeking a results-oriented, entrepreneurial and highly driven marketing manager to help with marketing initiatives in the Asian region. You will be responsible for driving the brand initiatives and marketing resources in the region.

Summary of the Role
mediasmart is looking for a regional marketing manager, based in India to oversee the ASIA region. In this position, you will be in charge of maintaining and providing strength to the company’s brand position in the assigned region. You will be leading the regionmarketing plan and will be responsible for developing and executing it.
You would work directly with mediasmart's Head of Marketing and mediasmart India & SEA sales team. These are some of the specific responsibilities we envision for the role:
Identify with sales regional teams specific goals and objectives.
Analyze and supervise regional competition.
Drive all Content & Branded initiatives coming out of mediasmart for that region; Local Case Studies, Reports…
Organize & promote local events; webinars, panels, etc.
Work closely with the Head of marketing & Product team to define & understand communication around solutions, features and launches.
Work closely with Head of marketing on managing Leads and MQLs through our CRM.
Track & optimize regional marketing campaigns.
Support global marketing team in other ad-hoc initiatives.
We are looking for someone:
Who has at least 5 years of experience in Marketing - a plus if any in the mobile/digital advertising industry.
Who is very hands-on, a self-starter and goal-oriented, able to work without supervision. With a passion for marketing and proven skills in driving brand initiatives, creating content, marketing analysis.
Who has the ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and to adapt quickly to changes.
Who is a good communicator and has a perfect level of written and spoken English language.
Who can work successfully in a team environment (even if remote), partnering with other departments across the group including Sales, Marketing, Account Management & Tech.
Who is organized, methodical and logical, with phenomenal communication skills.
Who has a diligent work ethic and is able to adapt to different cultures.
Who has the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Who has worked with Hubspot CRM & Marketing tools (a plus).
