We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced People Manager as a full-time addition to our team. This newly created position will be pivotal to ensure every single “mediasmarter” lives up to the company values, and that the vision of the business is properly communicated both across the organization and to potential candidates. The People Manager will be the main HR contact across mediasmart and will report directly to the CEO, working very closely with the leadership team and the rest of the employees for the development of their maximum potential.

Summary of the Role
The People Manager will support the development of talent throughout the company and manage the full employee lifecycle in collaboration with the team managers, to help each of our employees reach their maximum potential within the organization and ensure the work environment reflects the company values.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced People Manager, used to managing a team, ideally from a support-based function. You will be passionate about management and enjoy working closely with people to get the best from them. Alongside the background in management, you will also see the bigger picture, and be able to work strategically to support the leadership team. You must also be a confident communicator, equally comfortable giving positive feedback as well as having more difficult conversations where required.
As our People Manager, you will embrace an agile approach to developing, delivering and driving continuous improvement across all people and culture initiatives. Below are some of the core responsibilities and requirements we envision for the role, which will preferably, but not necessarily, be in Madrid.
