We are seeking a results-oriented, entrepreneurial and highly driven Brand Solutions Manager as a full time addition to our team. The Brand Solutions Manager will report to the Marketing Manager LATAM and will work with the rest of the Sales team with the goal of helping with the pre-sales needs in the LATAM region.
An integral part of the marketing team, but working hand in hand with the Sales team, the Brand Solutions Manager will focus on revenue driving opportunities, working mostly with clients for whom mediasmart manages campaigns. Working on specific proposals, projects and activities with clients and responding to customers briefs is an important part of the job, but through this process the ultimate goal is to ensure that mediasmart’s USPs permeate throughout our agency clients, enabling sustained growth within each agency.
The Brand Solutions Manager will be the subject matter expert on our products and solutions in the region, identifying the best strategy for incoming briefs and matching it with our existing supply and partnerships. This is clearly a people facing position where there will be constant interactions, with the Brand Solutions Manager often acting as the middleman between Tech/Product colleagues or partners and the sales team.

Summary & Duties
The Brand Solutions Manager will work within a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class client experience for LATAM's largest agencies and direct advertisers. The position will entail the following main responsibilities:
● Prepare, review and finalize sales proposals.
● Assist on developing effective sales strategies and competitive ways of executing them in the market, to help increase company sales.
● Collaborate with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality marketing material for client needs and company offerings.
● Maintain an accurate record of past campaign results to determine the most effective marketing approaches and case studies.
● Analyze market trends, sales and marketing metrics, as well as pricing strategies to identify ways to improve sales and marketing efforts.
● Work closely with the operations team to build End of Reports and Brand Lift studies from corresponding campaigns.
Requirements
● +3 years experience in Marketing on Digital Media environment.
● Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in quantitative discipline (Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Computer Science, Math, Economy, Statistics, Accounting, etc).
● Intimate knowledge of the most recent news in digital media platforms and solutions.
● Strong visual presentation skills, as building custom proposals is a key part of this role.
● Fluency in English, both oral and written, as this is the language used for internal interactions and the business language for all of our tools and documentation at Affle Group.
● Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
● Comfort with the metrics used in digital media.
● Disposition to interact with customers/partners, educate them and match their needs with mediasmart products.
● Excellent knowledge of Excel, PPT, Photoshop and other marketing tools.…

● Very hands-on, a self-starter and goal-oriented, able to work without supervision. With a passion for marketing and proven skills in driving brand initiatives, creating content, marketing analysis.
● Used to working in a fast-paced environment. Easy to adapt quickly to changes, with a sense of urgency to promptly respond to internal requests.
● Good communicator, with a perfect level of written and spoken English and Spanish languages.
● Detail oriented.
● Able to collect and organize data, understand the results and communicate them effectively in words and graphics.
● Critical thinker with a tendency to take initiative and solve problems.
