    We are seeking a results-oriented, entrepreneurial and highly driven Account
    Manager as a full time addition to our team. The Account Manager will report to
    the Regional Director of the LATAM region with a dotted line to the Senior Client
    Services Manager. The AM will work with the rest of the Client Services team and
    the Sales team in Brazil and will have direct responsibility over a number of
    Brazilian accounts (direct advertisers or agencies for whom mediasmart manages
    campaigns) , with the goal of maximizing the revenue generated by those
    accounts in mediasmart and ensuring an excellent level of service.


    The Account Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end relationship with the
    clients in his/her portfolio and will be the main point of contact, addressing
    problems, implementing solutions and supervising the work of mediasmart’s
    cross functional teams involved in providing services to the clients in order to
    make sure campaigns match the brief given to the team by the client.
    This is clearly a client facing position and requires a multifaceted individual who
    can be the face of mediasmart for the clients while also executing campaigns and
    coordinating other teams internally to ensure customer delight.

    Summary & Duties

    The Account Manager will work within a driven and highly motivated team to provide a world-class client experience for Brazil largest agencies and direct advertisers, and proactively drive revenue growth of the customers under his/her management. The position will entail the following main responsibilities:

    ●   Campaign Management: Execute advertising campaigns on mediasmart’s platform for a range of clients across a wide variety of industries.
    ● Campaign Strategy: Devise and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance and reach, including audience targeting, inventory packages/ deals, creative approaches and using mediasmart’s advanced features..
    ● Data Analysis: Analyze ongoing campaign performance to maximize success KPIs providing insights and actionable recommendations for ongoing improvements, and ensuring the quality of the inventory that matches the customer expectations.
    ● Budget Management: Handle budget allocation and pacing, ensuring optimal utilization to achieve campaign objectives.
    ● Reporting: Provide detailed post-campaign analysis and reports, using reporting as an opportunity to share learnings that are conducive to campaign renewal and client growth.
    ● Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with your clients, driving loyalty, understanding their business objectives and identifying opportunities for mediasmart to deliver more value to their advertisers. 
    ● Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to introduce new mediasmart solutions that align with client goals, effectively presenting these opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    ● Collaboration: Provide best-practice training, both in one to one interactions with customers and through online documentation. Work closely with the technical and product team to provide ideas for system improvements and IO clients needs.

    Requirements

     ● +4 years experience in ad operations in Programmatic digital media, preferably in campaign management and DSPs.
    ● +2 years experience in Programmatic environment operating DSPs.
    ●Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in quantitative discipline (Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Computer Science, Math, Economy, Statistics, Accounting, etc).
    ● Highly organized on following up on daily and weekly tasks with clients/agencies.
    ● Intimate knowledge of the most recent news in digital media platforms and solutions.
    ● Strong presentation skills, as it will be key to present end-of-campaign reports and insights to clients - virtually and physically.
    ● Fluency in English, both oral and written, as this is the language used for internal interactions and the business language for all of our tools and documentation at Affle Group.
    ● Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
    ● Comfort with the metrics used in digital media and proficiency in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to achieve a broad range of marketing objectives.
    ● Excellent knowledge of Excel; formulas, pivots, lookups, graphs, etc…

    ● Proactive: must take initiative to contact clients with unsolicited campaign optimization tips and follow ups, educate them and solve their problems.
    ● Detail oriented.
    ● Able to collect and organize data, understand the results and communicate them effectively in words and graphics.
    ● Problem solver, with a sense of urgency in responding promptly to client and internal requests.
    ● Great communicator, both written and oral, with excellent interpersonal skills
    ● Able to think independently and change directions quickly when needed.
    ● Organized and a team player
