We are seeking a results-oriented, entrepreneurial and highly professional Sales Strategy & Brand Solutions person for our business in India & South East Asia. The core responsibility would be to work with sales teams to deliver exceptional strategy presentations, proposals and brand solutions to help marketers leverage the mediasmart platform offerings to the fullest.

Play a pivotal role in strategizing & building client solutions strategies via multitude of communication channels to effectively represent mediasmart’s core solutions & products.
Understand client’s brand positioning, target audience, communication strategy, and accordingly suggest innovative & strategic solutions in lieu of existing briefs.
Actively research market, competitors, clients & agencies for knowledge across new product developments, key launches, new industry & tech innovations & their application to our current business.
Immaculate presentation skills to articulate & position key approaches & client solution strategies for winning outcomes.
Drive the sales strategy for the platform so that the propositions could be made more relevant to the Marketing community and be better packaged to have a greater appeal within this audience.
Play a key role of a facilitator & enabler between sales managers, designers, ads operations team for overall client success.
Oversee & ensure consistency of brand templates across – pitches, reports & other key brand projects.
Assimilate outcomes & constantly strive to create award-winning work and campaign case studies that could be shared internally, externally and be sent for national/international awards.
Min 7+ years of related experience in sales, business development, and/or product within an advertising technology company, digital media house, direct brands.
Past experiences guiding deals that may involve global collaboration between multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Understand the dynamics of the sell-side, most notably operations of supply-side platforms and ad serving tech.
Superb communicator and service-oriented leader.
Ability to present effectively to C-level executives and confidently navigate challenges.
