Read Moremediasmart, Affle’s self-serve mobile programmatic platform, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Hagege as the Commercial Director, as the company looks to capitalize on the growing Connected TV (CTV) market while helping brands in France with an integrated programmatic solution across connected devices. Hagege will be leading the sales and business development for the company to strengthen mediasmart’s presence in France, a country that is key for the company.
mediasmart empowers advertisers to efficiently invest in advertising through its self-serve mobile programmatic platform and an industry-first Household technology with Connected TV. The market for CTV in Europe is fast-growing and CTV’s engaged audience makes it an ideal platform for advertisers to augment the reach, as viewers of linear TV are decreasing. mediasmart’s advanced CTV technology allows advertisers to benefit from the twin strengths of engaging storytelling associated with TV & CTV advertising and targeting and engagement associated with Programmatic & Digital advertising. Advertisers in France can benefit from mediasmart’s Household Sync technology to increase their brand impact by syncing ads on CTV with ads on other devices in the household. Brands can also power-up their marketing campaigns using other propositions available in mediasmart’s platform to maximize user engagement, both offline and online, such as drive-to-store campaigns with incremental footfall tracking in real time.
Commenting on his appointment, Jonathan Hagege said, “mediasmart has been operating in France for sometime now, and it is a key market in Europe for new-age advertisers who want to make use of the fascinating growth within the OTT and CTV space. With its advanced advertising solutions, multi-channel mix, and audience outreach, advertisers in France can tap into the power of programmatic advertising to increase their brand impact. I am excited to join the team as it consolidates its presence into this region.”
Hagege has spent over a decade in sales and advertising, and most recently was the Account Director at Nielsen for the France, Spain and Italy regions for Nielsen Marketing Cloud.
mediasmart also recently announced the launch of its in-house solution for ad viewability that helps advertisers track, optimize, and measure viewability in real-time. mediasmart viewability solution tracks viewability following IAB standards and works on both OMID and non-OMID compliant inventory, giving easy access to full granularity in viewability reports.
mediasmart, a self-serve mobile programmatic platform (now part of Affle group) provides advertisers, trading desks, and agencies an integrated mobile advertising platform with the unique strengths on (a) Omnichannel audience targeting leveraging both online and offline signals, (b) Incrementality measurement led advertising for offline and online advertisers, and (c) Measurable and high impact CTV advertising though its proprietary Household Sync technology.
