They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are my 2,000 words (in the form of a blog post) to show you what it’s like to work at mediasmart! But don’t worry—I’m not one for writing thaaaat much! 😉
When I first joined mediasmart, I knew as much about programmatic advertising as I did about Boyle’s law—basically, nothing. But I was eager to learn, and that desire is a game changer. During my first interview, Marta said, "At mediasmart, your colleagues aren’t just workmates—they become your friends." I wasn’t looking for friends at work, but I thought, let's give these guys a chance. Fast forward six months, and my expectations have been completely surpassed. I've found work-life balance, a meaningful project, and incredible people who make my life easier and more fun. It’s an amazing feeling!
