mediasmart not only strives to comply with the regulation that requires businesses to protect the personal data and privacy of EU citizens for transactions that occur within EU member states, but our platform also helps our clients with automatically protecting end-users. Users who see mediasmart ads are provided with the ability to opt-out from “Interest Based Advertising” (users who have not provided consent) and we make sure our clients cannot profile any user who has not provided consent, as per GDPR regulations.
